🚨 URGENT: 50 HCV (Section 8) slots for fire victims available FRIDAY 4/4 at 8:00am

Dear Neighbors,

We’ve just gotten word via LA County that LA County Development Authority (LACDA) are moving forward with accepting applicants for the 50 Housing Choice Vouchers (HCVs) that are being prioritized exclusively for fire survivors of the Palisades and Eaton fires.  The Public Notice, which details the process for registering on the waiting list, outlines program eligibility criteria and provides an FAQ that offers further details and clarifies key points. The FAQ is included with the Public Notice and can be found on pages 3 and 4. Individuals and families should be prepared to register themselves promptly at 8:00 AM on Friday, April 4, 2025, as LACDA will only accept 300 registrants.
